Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities & accountabilities:

  • Responsible for front desk reception and switchboard management, directing calls to appropriate people.
  • Provide administration support & information to management ad members of the wider team including, filing, photocopying, stationery management, typing quotes.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Managing and coordinating subcontractor documentation.
  • Updating and maintaining our subcontractor compliance database.
  • Provide administration support to senior management, site surveyors and company directors.
  • Communicating with site surveyors and sub-contractors.
  • Coordinating and organising training.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and tenders .
  • Support the updating of our website (WordPress) and social media channels.
  • Provide phone cover and other ad hoc duties as required.
