This project consisted of the removal & lowering of the new raised access floor to accommodate the newly formed studio and control room.  the existing plant room was inceased in size to accommodate the new AHU.  Mechanical and electrical services were reconfigured to service the control room and studio and sound proofing was installed to both to bring them up to the required specification.
