This project consisted of the strip out of existing tea station, meeting rooms, removal and replacement of complete raised access floor and the installation of a new barista bar, newly formed showers, drying room, locker room and re-configuration of the existing post room access and newly formed entrance complete with new access controlled speed gates.

Mechanical and electrical services were reconfigured to meet the new area requirements
